To help us answer quickly, please include:

• The email address of your TaskWala account.
• The reference on the card, which looks like g followed by letters and numbers. It appears under each result in your history.
• The time the generation ran and which model you used.
• What you expected and what came back.

For a payment, include the payment reference and the amount. For a manual top-up, also say which method you used (for example a bank or mobile-wallet transfer) so we can find it faster.

To have a result removed from the public Gallery, or to ask for your data to be deleted, write to the same address from the email on your account.
